Processing Time
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 8-11 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- Personalized Items: Orders containing personalized items may take an additional 3-5 business days to process due to the customization process.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
- Confirmation: You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
- Tracking: The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order through the provided link or directly on our website under the "Track Order" section.
International Shipping
- Availability: We ship internationally to most countries. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Marriage Material is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Shipping Restrictions
- PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Delays

Damages
Marriage Material is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our customer service team to file a claim.
- Proof: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim and provide photo and video evidence to file a claim with your chosen carrier.
