Eligibility:
- Non-Personalized Items ("Ready to Wear"): Returns for non-personalized items are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging for a full refund, store credit, or exchange.

Personalized Items: Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive with manufacturing defects or errors. Documentation in the form of photos and video must be provided to verify.

Return Procedure:
- Initiate a Return: Customers should contact the customer service team at ido@makemarriagematerial.com to begin the return process. Please provide the order number and details of the items to be returned.
- Approval and Instructions: Once the return request is approved, customers will receive instructions on how to return the item.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees. Items should be securely packed in their original packaging with the order number included. A trackable shipping method is recommended.

Refunds, Store Credit, and Exchanges:
- Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method.

Store Credit: Credits will be issued within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned items.

Conditions for Returns:
- Defective or Incorrect Items: Personalized items are guaranteed against defects or errors. If an item arrives defective or incorrect, customers should contact customer service within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund.

Final Sale Items: Items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Non-Personalized Items: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Personalized Items: Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect personalized items will be covered by Marriage Material.

- Order Accuracy: Customers are encouraged to double-check personalization details before finalizing their orders. For questions about personalization, customers can contact ido@makemarriagematerial.com prior to placing their order.
- Order Cancellations and Modifications: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified as it goes into production immediately. Marriage Material reserves the right to cancel orders deemed inappropriate for language, content, or material.
- International Returns: Customers outside the domestic region are responsible for return shipping costs and duties, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- High Season Deliveries: During busy seasons, Marriage Material strives to deliver orders on time. We recommend a 4 week lead time prior to special events, and will notify customers of any potential delays. However, due to high volume and unforeseen circumstances, delays may occur. In such cases, shipping and handling fees will be refunded after confirming manufacturing-related delays. No refunds will be issued for delays caused by weather or unforeseen events.
