How does a custom order work?
Book a 20-min discovery call with one of our designers. We'll review your vision, recommend the right techniques (embroidery, heat press, silkscreen, or a mix), and develop a digital sample within 5 business days. Once approved, production runs 3 weeks.
What's the minimum order quantity?
Apparel custom orders start at 6 units per design. Favors and accessories start at 25 units. We can do one-off pieces for the couple themselves with no minimum.
What's your typical lead time?
Standard custom orders ship within 3 weeks from design approval. Rush production is available on most categories for an additional fee.
Do you ship internationally?
We only ship international for custom orders at this time. Shipping is via Fedex. Please note: duties and taxes are not calculated at checkout, and will instead be represented on our invoice.
